After many years of intensively made up research I have come to the conclusion that umbrellas are quantum devices that  actually affect the weather. If I think it is going to rain and I take an umbrella it doesn’t rain. If I don’t it does. The same research suggests a similar thing happens with sunglasses but to a much lesser extent. This can be explained by the parabolic nature of the umbrella magnifying and focusing the effect.
